I am writing to request written details under the Freedom of Information Act provisions, concerning:

• Government appointments made by the Minister for Indigenous Australians; or his Ministerial predecessors regarding traditional owner representation for my Kungarakan people, concerning Finniss River Land Trust matters (in accord with the recommendations/advice of the Northern Land Council, as the prescribed body corporate)
• the terms and conditions of these appointments
• their commencement and termination dates
• whether the appointments made have now expired
• whether any extensions or renewals have been granted since initial appointments were made.”

• Documents related to process of approaching a local indigenous organisation by NIAA including advice provided by stakeholder to make that decision that was taken in consideration by NIAA.

• Documents related to the proposal NIAA has received by a local indigenous organisation.
• Status of the projects as of 23rd September 2019.

As an elder of the Larrakia People and beneficiary with a genuine "Claim of Right" I request the most current financial statement of the Aboriginals Benefit Account established under the Australian Land Rights Act 1976 for the benefit of Aboriginal people, including any interest given for the benefit of the Commonwealth.

“The most recent communique of the Joint Working Group on Closing the Gap (and which was recently published on the PMC web site (www.closingthegap.pmc.gov.au/jointcouncil) included the following text:

"The Joint Council considered a review of the National Indigenous Reform Agreement (NIRA), completed by the Partnership Working Group, and agreed to develop a new National Agreement on Closing the Gap, covering the next ten years, continuing the NIRA’s successful elements, strengthening others and addressing foundational areas that were previously excluded from consideration."

In accordance with the provisions of the FOI Act, I would like to request a copy of the final version of that review.”
